What is your processing time on orders?

Once an order is placed, there is a 24-48 hour processing time. We do our best to get orders shipped out as quickly as possible! I ship out Monday-Thursday. (To minimize damage due to intense climate conditions and other unforeseen shipping delays, We do not ship on weekends).

My address is incorrect on my order! What should I do?

If you notice that your address is incorrect after the order has already been placed, please email us immediately at thescentedvault@gmail.com so We can adjust it before shipping out your order!

I just placed my order, when will I receive it?

Typically most domestic orders will arrive within 5-7 business days. 

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office We have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. The Scented Vault LLC is not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. 

However, We always want to make sure you receive the order that you paid for so please contact customer service at thescentedvault@gmail.com if you ever have any concerns with the status of your order.


What is your wax blend made of?

We use blends of 100% Premium Soy Wax on all of our products. :)
